Pasta Frolla


  • 650 g of flour
  • 100 g of Sugar
  • 200 g of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • Grated lemon peel

Make a fountain with 600 g of flour, the grated lemon peel and add it to the fountain.

At the center add the butter cut into pieces and begin to work it by hand with flour. Reformed the fountain and add the eggs and sugar started to mix with a fork the eggs and sugar and begin working the dough and add gradually the remaining 50 g of flour.ย Knead until you obtain a smooth paste. An alternative is to put all the ingredients in a Plantaria and let it do the machine sincere I’ve never tried it but I have seen it so many and get good results.ย If you choose this solution, I advise you to give it a final kneaded by hand. Once ready, wrap in plastic wrap and let rest in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
