Tortilla's Chili


  • 500 g Blacks Beans
  • 1 Pack of Tortillas
  • Mexican Spice
  • 100 g Chedder
  • 200 g  of Greek Yogurt
  • 500 g of Ground Meet Mixed (Pork/Beef)
  • Salad
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Jar of Passed Tomatoe
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 Jalapegno
  • Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Onion
  • Salt
  • 1 Nut of butter

In a pot, put to cook the blacks beans  in a liter of water over high heat, when to boil lower heat to medium and simmer.

Once the beans have started to release the starch, put to heat a pan, melt the butter and saute the onion, garlic and red pepper cut into small cubes, when it begins to brown, add the ground beef. Now add a teaspoon of Mexican spices and then the tomato puree. Once flavored everything, pour the ground beef in the pot with the beans add another teaspoon of spices and cook until they become creamy. Now chop the tomatoes, salad and jalapeno peppers and set aside. Place the tortillas in the oven for a few minutes to make them crispy and brown. While they are in the oven, put a bowl in a double boiler and melt the Chedder and greek yogurt, stir often to help the cheese to melt. Once ready turn off the heat, and start filling the tortillas: first you put a little bit of salad, beans, tomatoes and hot peppers in a corner and then pour over the cheese sauce.

Now, there is not nothing but open a beer and enjoy your delicious tortillas with chili!
