- 1 kl 1/2 of French Fries
- 1 cup of Tomato Sauce
- 4 Buffalo Mozzarella and Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Spicy Salami
- Oil for frying
Begin to fry the fries, I used a frozen ones. Once cooked put them on paper for fried to drain or on a kitchen paper. Season the tomato puree with a bit of salt and oregano, chopped the mozzarella cheese, clean and slice the salamino. Lined with baking paper, a pan with low border or the classic pizza pan. Now put the dry chips into the pan, making sure to put them in a more homogeneous manner possible and without overlapping. Now with a spoon sprinkle the chips with tomato sauce, then with mozzarella and finally with the salamino.
Now bake at 180 C° degrees for 15 minutes, or until the mozzarella becomes melted an gold, and the salamino heat well. Cut into slices, open a beer and Bon Appetit !!
