Ingredients (6 portions):
- 350 g Chicken breast
- Salad (Lettuce Blonde and Red, Valerian, Arugula, Baby Spinach)
- 1 Spring Onion (No green part )
- 300 g Greek Feta
- Hot chili peppers of Morocco (or Green chily peppers or sweet if not like spicy)
- 2 Cucumbers
- 250 g Corn
- Sesame oil
To get started, put in the hot peppers in a pan to roast , sprinkling a little salt on it. Now, slice the chicken breast into the strips, then placing them in a bowl, season with lime, sesame oil, garlic, sesame seeds and salt. In a salad bowl, put the salad, sliced cucumbers, corn, thinly sliced onion and crumbled feta.
Clean the roasted chili pepper, and put it in the glass of the mixer, add oil, lime juice and salt. Blend all creating an emulsion.
Now put to heat a skillet or griddle, when it is nice warm place to cook the chicken strips. Once golden remove them from the pan, and cut into pieces and add them to the salad once warmed, add seasoning and serve !!
