Chorizo Sandwich

Tonight … SANDWICH !!! The other night I did not know that prepare … there was nothing that I tease and after opening the fridge for the umpteenth time I decided to make a nice sandwich. The result was not pretty good, so I decided to propose it!


  • 1 Potato Bread
  • 3 Slices of Veal
  • 8 Slices of Spanish Chorizo
  • 6 Strips of Gruyeres Switzerland + grated
  • Sweet and sour peppers
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • Paprika
  • Tabasco
  • Oil, salt and pepper

Season the steaks with paprika, Tabasco, oil, salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 200 ยฐ on grill. While meat adds flavor sliced chorizo, cheese and grate a little. Now heat a pan and put the meat to brown, I got them to average cooking. Off the frying pan to rest the meat so that to release the juices and remains tender. Begin to lay the slices of cheese on the bottom of the sandwich, slice the meat into strips, so it will be even easier to eat and put them in the bread, sprinkle a little grated cheese, peppers, slices of chorizo, the rest of the grated cheese and the slice of bread empty, put the meat juices and bake until the cheese melts. When ready cut it in half so will be easier to eat and maybe serve it with a good beer, we have it accompanied with a nice Franziskaner Weiss! ๐Ÿ˜‰
